Join Crystal Dawn and I in this powerful energetic healing process where your breathwork joins forces with high intensity music to activate your inner shaman. You will journey shamanically through the chakras to open blockages, through the past to heal wounds, through the shadow to mine hidden gold, to release or transform what no longer serves you, allowing you to come into alignment with your authentic self.

Breathing with clarity, consciousness, and clear intention we can connect with a 'pantheon' of helpers, gods and goddesses from the realm of spirit and mythology to provide additional resources to our emerging personal powers. We can access the wisdom of our future self, through awakening imaginal cells, to increase our present potential in this rapidly evolving NOW. We can re-birth ourselves into a new perception that "we are enough."

About John Livingston, M.A., certified shamanic breathwork facilitator: John is a trained therapist and past life regressionist, since the mid-1970s, and shamanic healer and teacher--with advanced training from core and indigenous shamans--since the mid-1990s. About Crystal Dawn Morris, M.A., certified shamanic breathwork facilitator: Crystal Dawn has had a shamanic healing practice since 1995. She trained with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies and with numerous indigenous teachers. She draws on a diverse background as an ordained minister, certified Nurse-Midwife, Reiki Master, and Tantra Teacher. She provides individual and couple Shamanic Breathwork sessions, as well as other healing and teaching services in Sedona, Arizona, and across the country.
